I then started looking for ways to prevent history repeating itself, and this blog and my website are the results of my investigations.<br /><br />There really is so much one can do to keep young and vital until we die - it is up to each one of us to take responsibility for our own lives.<br /><br />A little about my background:<br /><br />Happily married with 3 wonderful children and 4.5 grandchildren.
