A gentle slow ride, maybe 2 hours, he said!!!Never trust a camel owner.............
Four hours hard riding from the Giza pyramids
(Absolutely awesome in the true sense of the words !!) to Abu Sir and the stepped pyramid.
Heat and pain notwithstanding, I would not have missed this experience for the world. It was worth every blister on my butt.
This sort of experience is just ONE of the reasons that I want to www.GrowYoungerNaturally.com

I wasn't able to read much about how you are "growing young naturally" because the web site seemed to be having difficulties and there wasn't much I could find on the blog. But I wanted to let you know that I too have osteoporosis...severe for my age. At age 42 my hip was -3.00. I am now 50 and have increased it to -2.70. Not a great increase but at least a little improvement.
I am investigating the work of Sally Fallon and her cookbook called Nurishing Traditions. It's a real eye opener. I have celiac disease which complicates things for me. Absorbing nutrition is difficult for me. I am beginning to feel the effects of malnutrition not only in my bone loss but in my muscles and tendons.
I hope you are doing well.
Marsha
